What information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Care referrals: your name and contact details, how you know the person needing care, their name and postcode, the type of care needed, how it may be funded, and any details you choose to share. This can include information about a person’s health.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, postcode, the role you are applying for, your experience, availability, right to work and driving licence status, and your CV if you upload one.
• Reviews: your name, rating and review text if you submit a review.
• WhatsApp chat: if you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your message and phone number are handled by WhatsApp and shared with us.

Why we use your information

• To reply to enquiries and arrange or provide care. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.
• To assess job applications and recruit staff, on the basis of taking steps to enter into an employment contract and our legitimate interests.
• Health information is special category data. We use it only to plan and provide health or social care, as permitted by the UK GDPR, and handle it with extra care.
• To meet our legal and regulatory duties, for example to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it where necessary: with health and social care professionals involved in a person’s care, with service providers who host and run our website and email, and with regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and to meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations. Information from enquiries and unsuccessful job applications is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.
